    4.10 gear question

True, they will help you a good amount. But 4:10's are too steep for your car. Like was already said, you won't really use first gear any more around town. It will be extremly short. Also, a near-stock or light bolt-on 3.8 stang's powerband doesn't really match up with gears that steep...

heres what my car will look like...opinions please..

I think 03 cobra's are one of the best looking wheels for sn95's (Thats why I got 'em lol). I think your car looks great with 'em. Machined finish all the way.

    i beat an srt-10

Lightnings do get a couple more MPG, but it's nothing significant. Man, do I want one lol. Full exhaust, maf/cai, tune :hail2: Thats all I need. I was pulling out of a shopping center a couple months ago, and a guy in a modded lightning did a fly by on me, and downshifted right...

    1994-1995 GT's

You will like 94-95 gt's. They modify very easily for not much money, and are very reliable if taken care of. I have owned two, one 5spd and one auto, and both were great daily drivers.

Do Underdrive pulleys make a difference?

They will without a doubt help you. In a recent issue of mustang monthly (I think that was the mag, can't remember for sure) theyu tested underdrives on your motor (a 97 cobra, virtually the same). It made like 9hp, and 7lbs to the wheels. For under, 100 bucks, you can't beat that. You...

    New Laptop

Cool sounds like you got a pretty good one. Does it have a WiFi card? Mine does, and it's the best thing to have at school. I go to Sacramento State, and you get superfast wireless internet everywhere you go. It's awesome. You'll love it. Mine's a 1.8G P4, 512 mb, 64mg GeForce 4, 40GB...

    Buying a vert!

You will love the improved interior, the seats are better, and the brakes are lots better. I have had two 95 GT's, one T-5, and the AODE I now own. I haven't had any real problems with either, except for the rear sway bars, which break on everyone's 94-95 GT's - I've had to replace them on...

    94 or keep & improve my 98?

This is coming from someone who has owned TWO 95 GT hardtops, one was a t-5, and the aode I now have: Make SURE it's a 5-spd. Just way more fun to drive. Now, I love my AODE 95, it's in absolute cherry condition, drives/runs excellent, and I am very happy with it. I was in the market...

It's Official: Pontiac GTO will return!

The funny thing is that by the time the camero & GTO hit the streets, the mustang will be close to another re-style, sales of the GM offerings will fall, and they will go back to the drawing board late again to copy the mustang for the 1000th time.

Has anyone else driven a WRX and thought the same thing?

A strong-running fox 5spd will run with WRX's stock vs stock in the 1/4 when it's all said and done. Two completly different powerbands. STi's are COMPLETLY different. They are very fast, and very well-balanced cars. Great weight distribution, suspension, awd, and 300+hp.

    $1200

^^^ This is what you should do. So many people mod before they maintain/repair. For example, I've had some extra cash to spend on the car over the last 2 months, and wanted FMS 3:73 installed. But I had other needs. I put new rotors and pads all around, had the tranny flushed & supercooler...

    Octane ?

There are many factors that can go into how much timing you can get away with. Octane, outside temp, health of your motor, tune, ect. Out here in California, the best gas you can get is 91 octane (which sucks balls). Combine that with summer temps over 100* and forget it. I was running 12*...

    Oil Change

I won't turn this into a horror story thread about different oil-change garages. We all have 'em. I just feel better doing it myself. I know you don't save much money doing it yourself, I just like knowing exactly what was done to my car if I can help it. Mobil Synthetic & Fram Filter...

    Pics of the New Hood!

At first I thought it was a bit too much cowl, untill I saw under the hood and read the sig.::shock: :jaw: Looks great. Great powerband also. The torque below 3500 is just jaw-dropping. Good job.
