    Do I need a new fuel tank?

    Yep go ahead and replace the tank. I have the same problem. The baffle in the tank has broke loose and it's sloshing around beating up your pump and sending unit. New tank is around 120 from LRS.

    I just changed my oil to valv 20w50 max life. Let idle for a few and it seems to have hushed up some. We'll see over the next day or two.

    I caught that as well. But i assumed cause he said bolt(s) and not bolt he was needing the 4 bolts that hold the pulley onto the balancer. If you are needing the 1 big balancer bolt let me know before I send the wrong thing.

    You probably tore the seal when the axle were installed into the housing. Just a thought but I've heard of people doing 5 lug swaps with ranger axles. 1 is shorter than the other... Just something else to think about.

    LOL... I love you guys!!! I personaly like the new 5.0, But Even if I had the money right now(paying off wifes king ranch still) i cant say that i would buy one. 35+k for a GT is a little absurd IMHO. When I bought my 04 new i gave 25k.... I just wonder who ford is trying to market these cars...

    Would a bad balancer cause that knock? Mine wobbles a bit and I have a vibration around 3-4k.
