    Buy yourself a Haynes or chiltons manual. Water pumps are easy if you have any know how at all. Pull the vac line off the brake booster and let it pull 1/3 can.

    There's a problem then if it was (det)ing on 11* timing. 10* is factory setting. Should be able to run 14-15 no problem! I'd say plugs or fuel problem.

    Absolutley not... Water pumps do not have to squeal to be bad. Your balancer is most likely because the pump is pissing fluid from the weep holes on the pump.     Measure your front rim width. I bought a set cobra r's from a guy on here, was supposed to be 17x9, when I measured them they were all17x10

    125k on the bottom side. Oil pressure is fine. Both videos show same noise, it echos to the bottom side. I was just trying to show it in many ways as possible.

    Most of us have to drill them some. You sure your throttle adjustment screw is not out of range. That will cause the throttle blade shaft to tunr and could be your issue.:flag:

    my gauge has ran off but one threaded perfectly through my mac tap/die set. 4mm/ .7 pitch 1in long. hope this helps.

    ive had this awesome noise for a little while now. its only at idle though and sounds like its right under the valve covers. I was thinking either lifter(s) or rocker arms. it has a b cam and 1.6 svo rockers that were on it when i bought it. Let me know what you guys think. YouTube - CIMG6321...
