    Mustang II Member's rides

Been busy with a truck and the house projects for awhile but here are a couple of recent roadster pics. Nothing much new that you can see with these shots except the front apron and all of the nose. I'm changing the nose piece some though. rII

    As rare as a Packard?

I can't remember who wrote this and it's a long read but, here's some truth for those that don't know. For those of us who own Mustangs, there can be no greater joy than to drive one's prized pony to an all-Mustang show and experience all the wonderfully diverse expressions of Mustang love...

    As rare as a Packard?

same thing with the release of the II, the 74's almost matched the 65's in numbers sold (without a v-8). As for the fox stangs, they didn't do much for matching the first stangs lines but after ten years or so of production they grew on ya.

gas tank is giving me fits.....

I don't know for sure but the 74' tanks maybe unique due to the filler neck location running in a different location?

    Congrats to Alcino!

Alcino, picked up the issue this last weekend, "nice going" and a big thumbs up! :nice: Just one question, is your suspension only modified as stated in the spread? If so, alot of us other II owners should be able to follow your lead in the handling dept. :hail2:

    Fender Flaring?

You could always modify a monroe handler's flare kit too. Anyway, when I first started the roadster, I had built flares along the lines that your talking about Joey. Built out of tubing and sheetmetal (piecut pieces) along with reworking the inner fender for clearance. After I had them both...

sorry you hadn't time for the II but we've all been there. One way to look at it is you've spread the faith to another though. I hope they get hooked. Looking forward to hearing about your new furture II at a later date. R

    where are all the customs?

wiking, you should check out our friend Francis's Daytona II project, his site is http://www3.telus.net/carstairs-cruisers/GT140/body.htm I'm not sure what you think of "custom" as but everyone has their own ideas. Mstang2 has built one of the nicest somewhat stock looking "street...
