    Stratching my head!

I would advise getting a wideband to get the air/fuel corrected if you dont have the edelbrock calibrating kit with the rods and jets to adjust the actual fuel flow then you may want to get it when you get the wideband

    30 lb injector woes

You should not have to change fuel pressure once you get it professionally tuned which is what I recommend the OP get done , he needs to find a tuner to take the car to and have it tuned with a chip the proper way , not all setups are going to run correctly with just bigger injectors and a...

    Car Won't Idle Sometimes

Maybe the IAC is sticking from the cold weather , do you have a wideband on it ? whats it reading when you do get it cranked when its dead cold ? maybe the MAF transfer needs a little tweak in the lower extremes

    Will a 347 work with stock H/C/I?

Leave it wrapped up till you can put good stuff on top of it , I had a guy bring me a 95 GT recently to tune with 347 stroker kit , Edelbrock RPM 2 intake , E 303 cam and yes stock E7 heads , my wifes stock 95 cobra will run circles around it just simply from having matched components makes that...

    Mail-order custom tune for a F/I setup?

I actually have a copy of the tune file that Vortech sends with their base blower kits with the stock MAF and 38lbs injectors on their 8lbs kits , it only has 6 degrees of timing at WOT , LOL talk about being conservative

    Will a 5.0 MAF fit/work on a 4.6L?

Calibrated MAFs are not a good idea on 94- newer load based PCMs , they throw off the MAF values to compensate for the injector change , this throws off every air/flow/load based calculation that the PCM makes , get it tuned for the stock MAF and the 38s ,or you can run a lightning 90mm MAF but...

    OBD2 car + OBD1 engine=?

You may want to look into a 96-98 cobra engine swap , would probably be less painful to get the job done since most everything would be plug and play staying with mustang parts of the same year model
