    The reason it’s grinding is because the clutch is still ingauged spinning the transmission...... I’ll try to upload a YouTube video explaining it.... steeda Has a good video on their site about the quick release its slightly harder but it gives you more pull.....

    The quadrants can make a difference I’m going to install the Steeda quick release it gives you 20 to 30% more pull...... i’ve seen some good videos on clutch adjustment... if it grinds when you put it in reverse you’re not getting a good release .... your transmission is still engaged .....

    My brace is almost ready to go ..... A little more fiddling and I’ll be ready ...... I like the UPR wide base...... click lock..... my old Steeda used a set screw to lock into the cable, it’s small base broke through the firewall....Where the screw goes in.... I do have a zoom clutch that is...

    I’m working on making a brace for my firewall .... where my clutch adjuster goes in .... Member Window.... made a nice prototype ...... but I’m gonna try to tie mine into the pinch weld, for added strength made out of 18g sheet steel ........cross your fingers .......

    I like the energy suspension motor mounts.... NVH.... I think they’re pretty smooth .... supposed to be the same height as the convertible mounts......
