    Whatever you say... my kids Taurus had the temp gauge stuck to the left. Replaced the thermostat and now it comes up to normal.

    Check your thermostat. Sounds like it's stuck in fail safe. Cheap to replace. I just fixed my sons Taurus with the 3.8l v6.

    Looking at the wire diagram for the turn signals, I don't see how cleaning the multi-switch would help. I think the whole switch may have failed.

    Get the ford din tool. When you slip them in you have to push both toward the inside to get the tabs to release. I couldn't get those wiring schematics to download... anyone have those?

    Airtex does fail a lot. You can get the OEM Motocraft pump (normally $530) from Amazon for around $270.

    Again, when you turn on the parking lights without hitting the blinkers, do the front light up correctly? Try removing one bulb at a time and see it the other one goes back to normal. May be just a bad bulb affecting the other good one.
