    You aren't required to send in your pcm - If you do, they will flash it with a canned tune that worked on their test mule with just the S/C installed. If instead you buy a predator or sc2, you can have a shop create a custom tune for your car that will most likely work better than the tune...

    I don't know about pic #1, but the rings in pic #2 are leftovers from the assembly process - we all have them and I'm sure there are other such items here & there in the car. Probably used to hang the tubes/hoses during assembly.

    JBA LT rattling

    Shop installed them like the instructions. It was worth a shot... Mine are pretty close, but IIRC, I could probably almost get a writing pen between the header and frame.

    kfd, did you install 2 hard/2 soft bushings, or 4 soft? I wonder, because I had the hard (black) bushings installed on the side the engine rotates to and mine don't hit.

    Jeez! I never noticed mine doing this until after I got a custom tune (after long-tube headers, among other things) - I thought it was the tune causing it, but I guess I only noticed it because my exhaust is louder. :doh:

    You can't see the shaft if you use the stock knob, since the knob has a ring on it that pulls the shift boot up to the bottom of the knob. If you get the shifter with the white knob or the t-handle, it comes with a rubbery plastic ring that slides down the shaft and holds the boot in place...
