    Who is using Recaros/Corbeaus/etc?

    We sell the Corbeau seats, everyone seems to like the fit in the early Mustangs. If you extra tall or long waisted you may need to lower you seat pans as well. The seat pan project can be done in one afternoon, not to hard of a job.

    edelbrock shocks for 67

    You are correct, the Edelbrocks require a little bit of grinding on the shock cap on 67-73 Mustangs. They fit the 65-66 cars with no mods. I run the Road race version on my coupe, i've been very happy with them.

    best tires for cornering and grip?

    I recently got a ride in a Mustang around Thunderhill raceway (road race track). The car had Falken Azenis, they are very close to a DOT race tire in traction. The traction was amazing for a "street" tire.

    Open track Suspension for a 66 fastback??

    I agree with the LanceMach, Opentracker, and Historic. A stock based setup can be a blast, and quit fast. I tend to like more motor then Lance, but thats just so i can stay up. Oh, by the way, I passed that Neon that lance was talking about and here's the proof

    Just finished Comp Cam 270H install

    The 270H is a great cam. Try advancing your base timing a bit (watch for ping). I've helped tune a car with that cam and it likes alot of initial timing around 12-16 degrees. Bottom end picked up a bunch!!!

    $600 for a 1969 351W engine sound right?

    Sounds like you really only need the block for your 408 Stroker. If you get a 351W long block, you can sell the 351W heads for a couple hundred (69 heads are desirable) bucks. Ebay usally has several 351W blocks up for bid. I just got a fully machined 351 last week from one of the auctions...
