    200,000+ miles from a 4.6 is not unusual. If the car is in generally good shape, runs well and doesn't make any unusual noises, just having 150,000 miles is no problem.

    Hawk Brake Pads Too Thick

    I know this sounds silly, but do you have the right pads on the inside? The alignment pins are slightly different between the inboard and outboard pads, and if they are reversed it will make it real hard to slide the caliper over the rotors.

    Mobile One finding every leak is what I've always heard, (and that has been my experience too, the couple time I tried Mobile One. But that was years and years ago). maybe try an oil change with Motorcraft semi-synthetic or something like that and see if the makes any difference?

    if the clutch has 162,000 on I'd change it when I had the trans out if it was mine...with the cost of pulling the trans, in either time or money, it doesn't make much sense not to change everything you possibly while you're in there.
