    From what I have heard overfilling and underfilling can cause problems with grinding. According to Ford, mine is to be filled 1/2 BELOW the fill cap, not up to the fill cap. GiddyUp! :nice:

    I wouldn't necessarily call 250 people, many of which have just jumped on the wagon, a "common problem". Of the 250, reduce the number by people who may have over-modded or abuse their trans. The 250 number drops further. How many Mustangs has Ford put the 3650 in? Maybe 100K per year...

    You and many others are in the same boat. Thats why I am not having mine worked on until something serious happens. Seen too many times where reaors / replacements were done with the outcome being worse! Thats what warrenties are for I guess. By the way, Ford didn't mass produce them...
