    The Pavillions is always a good one. Don't be late though it usually dries up after 9:00 pm. It would be a bit of a drive from Avondale. That Cruisin Arizona site can point you to something closer. P.S. get your A/C up to snuff before May :D

    That hood could be a little better but I've never seen the fender extensions/fenders/hood/cowl live in harmony on these cars. You gotta love the asymmetrical stripes on it though. Or are the hood locks off center?

    I have a ticky lifter right at startup that was present before this issue. No consitent noise. Wouldn't a stuck bypass making more pressure keep lifters from making noise? I hadn't thought of that. Is the filter downstream of the sender?

    I remember being puzzled by it when I put it together, that's why I was doubting myself. At least that can be removed as a source of my cooling issues. Still no solutions though :bang:

    Exhaust to auto-choke connection...

    They do pull vacuum through the exhaust manifold. The complete system requires two tubes, and it works. But the choke mechanism is very susceptible to grit getting sucked in. A miniature piston inside gets all bound up when dirty.

    Fortunately it seems I did it right. Another member advised that the gasket corners should be visible in the front if installed correctly. And in front they are. :D
