    Mistake on information Sorry, I made a mistake. The 2 codes I gave above were for the exhaust manifolds. The Headers have the code of C8AE-H with the 14 bolt pattern. Apparently from my research this is the right thing. And yes this is an S code car. It seems like $350 is a good price...
