    Wouldn't hurt to double check again to see if mufflers or tail pipes aren't rubbing against the frame anywhere and that you shimmed the motor mount enough. I've had problems like this after installing exhaust with the headers on steering arm and tail pipes rubbing frame.

    I had a 91 I put new springs on cause it sat a little crooked and it was the same after new springs. May be from frame being twisted a little.

    Weld an 1/8" piece of steel over the opening in your control arms. Cheap fix but they'll be stronger than stock.

    Try a compression test on the radiator. If you drain the oil and water is in it it will come out 1st seperate from the oil.

    I know you can do the flywheel on a blanchard, but what about the pressure plate? Does the part that needs to be resurfaced come off because I know you couldn't do the pressure plate if it didn't. Been quite awhile since i messed with clutch and pressure plate just havin trouble picturing...

    Just go to ebaymotors and type in torque box you can get reinforcements cheap. Or if you have the stuff to do it make them yourself it's easy. If you hook up hard and have much hp it'll start to pull the bolt through the drivers side lower one.

    I had a 93 notch with stock rear and 4.10's. About 450hp with a s-trim and 3500 rpm stall runnin e.t. streets and never had a problem with rear end. Did start pullin bolts out of the lower torque box on driverside though. Rearends are and easy fix i would make sure you have torque boxes...

    I also put a little bead of RTV around the port holes in the gasket. Check flange. Header could be warped?
