Some new pics of the new wheels/brakes

You havent been in the loop then. Its been going on for quite a while. SN doesnt want anyone to mention shops unless the shops advertise here. Which is a joke because what would advertising on a national level benifit a local shop:shrug: . But it all comes down to the mighty dollar, and they...

    Pulling the heads

So you didnt have the heads surfaced when you did the gaskets? Doing head gaskets is fairly labor intensive, I am always surprised to find people take shortcuts when doing them.

Spec stage 1 or King cobra?

The generalization I usually make is given a power adder or high HP engine with a stock trans, a Spec Stage 2 will usually be the weak link, where a Stage 3 will usually favor taking out the trans. Again, this is VERY generalized. A Stage 1 is just a better than stock replacement and a stage...

Spec stage 1 or King cobra?

actually I really like my Spec stage 3. Its overkill but still a very light pedal. The only bad experience I have had with Spec is when they are not properly broken in. Also their throwout bearings included are not 100% reliable, but I have found most aftermarket are crap anyway. They use Timken...

    ELECTRIC WATER PUMPS

its (as Darkness said) not about freeing up power as much as being able to run it without the engine running. Our race cars typically have the fan and water pump (and Heat exchanger pump on boosted apps) all on switches to let them run in the staging lanes. Its amazing how fast it will cool...

    ELECTRIC WATER PUMPS

I agree with the Meziere and CSR, we use them on quite a few builds. The Meziere is particularly nice if you still need a pulley to wrap the belt around as they offer them both ways.
