    I raced a stock SS when my stock cobra was from a ROLL (we just wanted to compare power) and pulled on him extremely hard. Was completely stock down to the air filter both of us. He beat the cobra driver, not the cobra.

    Warranty Question..

    IMO you should be safe with a CAI (you can always change it back easy if its an issue), shifter, catback exhaust, tires and subframes. You can change the midpipe if you want, but if you are warranty concerned I would get a catted version unless you want to take it off everytime you go in.

    Food for thought, the 285 GS-D3's are about the same size as the 315 nitto's, they arent 'small' tires by any means so Im pretty sure 315 GS D3's may not fit without doing some mods.

    Already have 275's all around, no big problems but like you said on a bad road it can be a handful. 285 gonna be any different? Is there any reason I shouldnt just have 285 in back, 275 in front?

    I personally ordered 285 Goodyear eagle GS-D3's for the rear, apparently they hook almost as good as DR's and have amazing wet and dry performance. Not sure if I wanna go 285's up front, I feel it might be too big.

    I am, and so are a majority of people. But as has been said hundreds of times, people dont come unline to post messages "the cars still doing ok, im satisfied!", they usually come online to post their problems and ask for advice or help so thats all you really hear.

    You know not everyone has the same problems you do, if its having so many problems why didnt you just lemon law it, or try to get ford to buyback and give you a new one? I know if I got one of the bad 03's I would not let ford get away with it. I love the Cobra, but Ford is a ****ty company...
