    Gas Mileage Question...AGAIN

    Somebody needs a drink. That is how I figure my gas mileage.Most cars stay at the full mark forever then shoot to empty, there is no way to get an accurate reading by looking at the gauge.

    I'm guessing it's a pre99, but that shouldn't matter as far as breaking traction with 4.10s.Are you sure the person that did the install didn't keep the 4.10s and leave you the stock gears?You got problems, might have the rear end checked.

    I had some big problems with my 01 cobra.The paint was flaking off the back bumper, and they expected me to wait at the dealership all day for them to fix it.Some dealers just suck ass, and some actually try to help.

    The only complaint I have heard about FRPP is that someone didn't go low enough on the gears.I would spend a couple more dollars and get the best.just my .02

    Your problem comes from what you bought.Every mustang 99+ that i've owned has this problem.The fuel filter will not fix it. I had hoped that it would, but I changed mine last week, and I still have the same problem.Good luck finding a solution, I just keep my car in a lower gear.Maybe the fuel...

    Pro 5.0 Installed

    I had a piece stay on the stock shifter when I removed it.It was a little black piece that stuck on the little ball at the end that I had to transfer over to the new shifter.Might be something to watch out for if someone is doing another install.
