    just for the price i would buy em... i saw the ad last night and if i could use em they would be sold, my dad has hedmans on his truck and they fit pretty good, thick flanges, etc... for the price why not?

    how much wider does your 5 lug setup make your car? i'm running a TC rear end with modified bracket setup and lincoln rotors up front so it's fox width.. if yours is say 1" wider you need more backspacing to make up for it

    you can weld the brackets on... also if i remember right old fairmonts(well old foxes) had some kinda bolt on bracket...it's worth looking into if you have any at junkyards

    if i remember from high school, those hot spots are now hardened steel... my old auto shop teacher would say you need a new pressure plate and flywheel, but i say take them to a machinist and get em flattened(surfaced) or checked at least..you might get some slippage issues if you run it like...

    i could probably fit a 245 up front also but 225's came with the wheels(all free so i can't argue), when these wear out i'll be going to a 245 front and my backspacing is like +23mm, however you measure that i dunno..

    I called everyone in the grays harbor phone book but i'm willing to drive pretty far(seattle area) to get these today(saturday) or tomorrow... I need .0030" under main bearings for a 1974 351w, probably from a grand torino...if someone feels like calling around for me or recommending a place...

    are you sure you can tuck that much tire(and 10.5" wheel) under a fox? i run a a 9" wheel in the front with a 225 and they rub the outer lip and are less than 1/4" away from the strut..
