    Not entirely true. Had a buddy of mine with a stroker build on his truck. He used some Av gas (100+ octane) one time that really cleaned out his motor and flushed all that stuff out the exhaust and clogged up a cat. Clogged so bad that it glowed red hot when he got on the express way that night...

    I think that painting the rediator may effect the way that it expells heat. Maybe you can get something like the grill on the link that Tomustang put up and paint that instead. If you cover it with paint, it may not work as well and cause your car to overheat.

    I think that you should check the gaps on all your plugs and make sure you have the right amount for your car. What is that gap supposed to be at anyway? :shrug: From the what you're describing, sounds to me like incorrect gap. I'm no mechanic, but I slept at a Holiday Inn last night. :D...

    Do you guys think that some upgraded 28 spline axles and a rear end cover would provide some low end decent insurance for a car that sees the track occasionally? Maybe 2 to 3 times a year and on DRs.

    Can you explain a bit? I'm familiar with the torque boxes on the old fox bodies, but I just hadn't heard of doing them on the newer GTs. Is it just welding, or are there parts to buy? Any pics?

    Bolt on/Stock times. 1/8 and 1/4

    Time and mods in my sig. On radials. Spun a little in 1st and a bit more when power-shifted 2nd. It was also a pretty cool night. It was probably in the mid to low 60s that night.

    I have 33,000 on the clock. What weight should I go with Synthetic? I can't seem to find Amsoil at my local auto parts stores. Is there a good place to order it? Either Amsoil or Royal Purple.

    Are the bullit or Mach 1 shocks and struts good for lowered cars like the Eibach Sportlines or Pro Kit? Do they last as long as other after market S & S?
