    Front Drum to Disc Conversion Questions?

    I would opt for disc brakes with a dual master upgrade also. Power drum brakes will stop you, it may just take a little longer. If you do deside to keep the drum brakes, upgrade to a dual master along with the power booster.

    Wheel well factory coating?

    Take care of the rust area then coat the area with some type of rust preventive (por 15, rust bullet) then treat the area with the spray on bed liner material. If you don't want to use the bed liner you can always use the regular undercoating. What ever way you go, take care of the rust.

    I would say go for it if you like the car :nice:. If you look long enough and hard enough any part can be found and using the net most of the time its not that long or hard.

    65 stang running hot

    Do a chemcial flush of the entire cooling system. Sounds like when you put in a new radiator it runs great until whatever slug buildup in the engine makes it to the radiator and start plugging it up.

    Convertible Top Issues

    I would first check and make sure the fluid level is correct in the top pump. A low fluid level may be your porblem since there is no problem going down. Also if the cylinder are not leaking I would not change the out, paint if needed but not change.

    The master cylinder you show in the photo is for a drum/drum system :notnice:. One for a disc/drum system will have one large chamber and one small. The larger chanber (closes to the firewall) is for the front (disc) brake and the smaller is for the rear (drum). There is also a disc/disc...
