how to make a cowl induction functional

I'd stay away from doing this. Its not going to net you much horsepower, if at all. I think an alternative mod to spend your creativity on would be to do some custom brake duct cooling mods, (if you're that bored and creative) which I'd seen done here and there on mustangs. Making functional ram...

    Changing the oil

Its different with what everyone uses. But I always used Mobil 1 Oil (full synthetic) in my 2002 GT and it always used 6 quarts. Some put less but 6 quarts will do ya good. When installing the Oil Filter. HAND tighten it, do NOT crank it on with a wrench... Similar thing with the oil pan nut...

    New Jersey Front License Plates

:stupid: thats what i'll be doing. Most people tell me its a good bargaining chip. Like if the cop will write you up for speeding, you can negotiate with him to just write you up for not having front plates (if hes a great cop anyway) :nice: hehe

    New Jersey Front License Plates

Yeah well my bumper has NO holes in it, and its nice and clean. So *IF* i wanted to put the plate on the front, i would have to drill into the bumper...which i REALLY don't want to do. So I guess i'll test the waters and see how illegal or big of a deal this is around me.

Did my service adviser lie to me?

I have performed alignments on my 2002 GT at my BMW dealership after hours. The alignment machine does not even let you adjust anything in the rear of the cars since they are live axel, the numbers in degrees/minutes are grayed out...meaning they are non-adjustable. Ford should only be giving...

    New Jersey Front License Plates

Hey guys. I'll be registering the new termi soon and i noticed there are no holes in the bumper to install the front license plate. Which is fine with me since it makes the look of the car a lot cleaner... But being in the fine state of New Jersey, obviously both front and rear plates are...

used 03/04 cobra stock or modded?

Not really. Depends on where you live I gues. Becuase I just bought my 04 Cobra with 14k miles on it for 27k and that was after weeks of searching. There were a few options around me here in NJ but all the prices were about 25k for an 03 and 28k for an 04.... :notnice: I was happy with my 04...

X pipe, H pipe or neither?

Any pipe with NO cats will net you the most horsepower gains...but if you're looking to use cats on it to keep it smog legal, an X-pipe will give more horsepower (not much, like maybe 2hp more) than an H-pipe will. X-pipes are generally more "raspy" or sharp sounding While H-pipes are more...

    2002 GT - Jumpy 25-40 mph

Hopes its not a stator problem in the transmission. How often do you change your auto trans fluid? At 78k miles on the car, you should have done it at LEAST once already
