    351cj thats a big diffrence. Seems bigger then then horsepower and gearing would allow. MM&ff ran a 04 GT auto to 14.0! Ad it only had like 60 miles on it. Excuse my if I am imopressed by this.

    You are absolutely right. I did not factor that in. Still, 3 to 4 tenths off the STI is what I was expecting with the 200 to 300lb weight diffrence. I am not sure why mainstream mags are estimating so high.

    V8 base Mustang

    ???????? Power windows and locks can save a lot more then 3lbs. The 3rd gen fbodys had a 45lb pound diffrence with out the power crap.

    s7v7n, have you even been in a a wrx or sti? The wrx's feel cheap(my brother in law has one and thinks its the greatrest car ever) and the STI feels like you are riding a skate board. You feel every little bump. I think the new mustang will be a better daily driver.

    I was refering tothe 05 mustang havin 300hp fo 25k not the cobra. Also, I dnt put any stock in the magazine numbers for either the wrx or the sti. The are all over the place. Even Car and drive hinted tht they thought Subaru might be giving them ringers.

    Yep even the japanese cannot do 300hp for that price. The STI is 32k with 300hp. Granted, its in a 200lb to 300lb lighter car.

    Buying a 1 year old car makes no sense. Its likely got problems or the owner would not have traded it in. Buying a used v8 mustang itself is a crap shoot. People flog these cars. Think of what youy would do to lease if you were turning it in 3 years later. Its not like a family car.

    sixstringthing....huh???? I wish i could feel like that. Then maybe I could get this car out of my head! When i saw the car in person (3 seperate times the same day) there were huge crowds around it in Baltimore. No one had one bad thing to say about it. I cant imagine looking at that form...

    ElCid2006, I use it to create textures for 3d models, modify original hand drawn scanned in art, and 10 other tasks. Photoshop has evolved from a app that reduced redeye into one that can do pretty much anything. Do a search on plugins to see whats available . I think you will be very suprised.

    Hmmm thats the first time I have seen the Aztec mentiond in the same sentence with style. Body styles change every decade or so. Angular cars dont have that much of a problem with drag or we would all be driving perfect ovals 1 inch off the ground.

    ElCid2006, what are you smoking??? It looks great. It suppose to have a hand drawn look. Its not "sloppy" at all.
