    Tachometer / engine issues

    I had similar problems. I replaced the ICM and then found out I had a bad coil pack too. Won't tell you to replace all, but start with a new, lifetime warranty one, then go from there.

    I don't know enough about it to say your are right or wrong, all I can tell you is that I have had freeze 12 in my system for almost 2 yrs without any issues.

    Are u converting to R134A? My mechanic used a product called Freeze 12 that mixes with r-12 to replace what gas I had leaked out from the pressure switch. It is doing good still, cold as ever. Glad I could help, thats what we are here for.

    It probably looks "dingy" because its not clear coated like the exterior paint. I got mine from Ford at a decent price. Don't forget the clips that hold it on too. May be able to get them at an auto parts store.

    Back before they had a feature car, my car was on their website. It was a crummy pic and small, but it was on there with my name on the picture too. I like to think I inspired them to start the feature car, but not taking any credit for that gull winged thing :rolleyes:

    Well, the weather was just perfect today; cool in the morning and a little warmer in the afternoon. Top 25 and I got nothing out of the 35 or so that entered. Either the judges were blind or the people adding scores screwed up. I don't know, didn't really need another plaque to hang up...

    No, its a very small show in Noble Illinois. Just something close, nothing that spectacular. Yes, 10 holes are back on. I hope to get some pictures tomorrow, some that are at least taken in 2009 with them on.

    This is the first winter that I don't have to DD my stang after over 15 hrs. I took it out for a short errand yesterday, first time to drive it in like 2 months. Foxes drive so different than new cars, but they are so much more fun. She is all cleaned up for a car show tomorrow if it doesn't...
