    eight coats. They lay so thin, while I was spraying onto a light colored primer, I was barely able to notice the first coat. Edit: If your gonna spray it, I'd let it sit for 24 hours after you spray to knock it down, it takes a while to dry.

    If your talking about the laqueer (SP) no, it isn't good. I would consider the Rustoleum a notch above, but I guess some automotive finish specialists would disagree.

    Personally, I'd get an estimate, call AAA, and then talk to the shop. If you can't get it worked out that way, be aggressive (not too aggressive). If that doesn't work, get a lawyer, and take it to small claims court (you may not even need a lawyer for this).
