    interesting idea. i would think more gains would come thru the heads swap vs. just the intake, but if moving to a centri blower in the future, maybe the intake swap would be the way to go and use the extra $ for the blower :shrug:

    the should fit w/no worries. The only thing to double check is are they OEM Cobra rims, or rims by an aftermarket company/number of lugs on the rims vs. your axle

    shortys will give you an extra few ponies, but I don't think they are worth the $$, or the PITA to install unless your motor is already out of the car

    CAI's, plastic or otherwise, are hit or miss as to the power gains, especially on a stock motor. I've seen just as many posts and tests where there were some gains, and others where there was nothing at all. For now, save your $$ for other mods, and just go w/a K&N drop in filter.

    i'd finish off the exhaust system, and then go for the gears. If $$ is tight, due to saving for the blower, then i'd skip the gears and just to the exhaust

    Idle drops to 400-500 when stopping.

    how long have you had the idle drop? The same thing happend to me when i removed the air silencer and added a K&N drop in filter. After about a week of regular daily driving, it returned to normal idling functions.

    70mm if staying n/a; 75mm (or more) if a blower is in the very near future. I wouldn't worry too much about TQ loss in the low end, though, the 4.10's and a good flash tune will more than make up for the loss.
