    I just filled up again with 91. (been doing alot of driving this weekend) I think all the 87 should be flushed out. Its wierd, running 91 has increased my average fuel milage from 21.5 to 23.8. I really thought it would hurt since it wasnt tuned to run on 91. Plus it has turned my exhaust tips...

    I just put the sss terminators on my car. They sound amazing! I had my doubt just bc they were so cheap but they are better sounding that most axlebacks in my opinion. Plus the 4" adjustable tips look really nice!

    So, in other words, Lots of elbow grease? I read somewhere to use simple green to clean, but Im wondering also what to use to give it that new car shine. I don't want it all greasy looking like some car dealers make them, but just a low gloss shine on all my black plastic pieces and hoses.

    I am going to be installing my CAI this week so I while everything is taken off I want to do a good cleaning on my engine compartment. What do you guys use to clean and detail under your hood? I want everything nice and clean and all my hoses and plastic nice and black again!:nice:

    That is awesome to hear! I will have my Brenspeed tune and CAI on my car Tomorrow or the next day! I can't wait! My best friend has a nova that ran .5 seconds faster than me at the track the last time.I hope this helps me pull ahead!

    I say go for it if you like it. I personally dont care for that logo, but I love seeing a new mustang with retro style decals and such on them. Pays tribute to their heritage.

    I think I'd rather pay the 100+ bucks for the aluminum ones. They look more quality. Those cheap ones will look terrible in a year or so. They get rusty.

    Plus clear coat will eventually flake/peel off the vinyl. Only shade tree body shops clear over decals and pinstripes around here anyways.

    Whats the best way to do this? My tune should be this week. I have been keeping my take real low so I can get as much 91 in it when I fill up after the instal of the tune, but with the little bit of 87 left wont the fuel be slightly lower octane and affect the way it runs?:shrug:

    Do they only go in one spot, or can you mount them about anywere? Im kinda concerned on where the pins will set on the hood since I have the concept hood that has the two ram air slots/scoop on the front.

    oh and dont forget to remove the spare tire and the jack. Those things seem heavy anyways.
