    Yes, your wiring method is exactly what they are talking about - read thru those directions. They are leaving the fender-mounted solenoid in place, and specifically warning not to use a jumper wire on the new starter-mounted solenoid.... The jumper wire does seem to work fine for some people...

    Thanks Glenn - it is now! Direct link to page from www.s281sc.com (Note the special color treatment :D ) That makes the 2005 S/C coupe numbers all add up at 232 cars. Still can't figure out why Saleen says 1345 cars produced, but the numbers add up to 1351??? :rolleyes:

    On the 99-04 cars... (someone can corrrect me if I'm wrong) If the car had 18x9's all around, it got 255/35/18 F and 265/35/18 rear. Front rims had a +24 offset, and the rears had +12 offset. If the car had the optional 10" wide rears, it got 265/35/18 on the 18x9's in front and 295/35/18...

    That's part of the problem - there's never a Saleen # listed. I suppose it is easy enough to look thru my Saleen book's 1992 listing and see if that last 3 VIN ever appears, but how many potential buyers don't have the book? ;)

    N/A 03 cars have the stock GT hood & scoop with a Saleen insert. The S/C cars got the composite hood. For 03-0194, the last 3 of the Ford VIN should be 415. The registry shows optional 13" brakes, speedster package, and black convertible top.
