    Hellion recommendations

    Hope you have a built bottom end for 18 psi. I'd do cobra tank/pumps from an 03 Cobra, or you can go with the twin Ford GT setup that some people have, along with 60# or 72# injectors. How much HP you plan on making is dependent on the type of MAF you can run and if your gonna ping it.

    Unfortunately yes...I gotta take pictures of the carnage soon so the manufactuer of the failed component (valve spring) can tell me why it broke while idleing in my garage. I had Probe pistons, Manley H beam rods, Cobra crank, block bored .035..took out part of my cylinder head (repairable)...

    Who else here runs/was running Crower Springs??

    I never heard of a titanium spring; I ran Crower part number 68198 twice - both broke under the most minimal of tension. How is Crower getting away with selling parts that need to be replaced "often" - every thousand miles?? FYI - I am going with a custom ground Comp Cam and PSI springs this...

    I should post up the destruction of my last engine...perhaps I'll do that tonight. I got a valve broken into 3 pieces, a spring broken in half, and a nice hole in the top of my old piston!

    Advice

    Have the shop take a look at it first before you do anything; I think it would be pointless to drop a whole new engine in there (even a used one) before you even know what the true problem is.
