    I got around 19.5 with mixed driving in my 08. The 2010 seems worse (17 or 18) but I only have 200 miles on the odometer so it isn't even broken in yet :-)

    Rebates are 3k now and there's another $750 private Mustang owner rebate. The trick is to wait long enough to get a decent rebate and price but not so long as to have a limited selection. I think now is a good time if you can find the exact 2010 you want on a lot. If you're not picky wait...

    My advice is to stay away from huge rims w/ ultra low profile tires! :nono: They're not worth the hassle and 'reasonable' wheel sizes provide a much nicer ride IMO...(I'm speaking from experience here). It's possible it could be your rims, but another possibility is that it's your tires...

    True...but I don't buy my Mustangs to drag race so that second difference is negligible. I think the Mustang is more limited by wheel hop and traction issues than a need for more horsepower. ...Not saying 100HP more wouldn't be welcome though:nice:

    I'm looking at 2010s (and possibly 2011s) to replace my 08...I hate the rearend design of the new ones though. The 5.0 would be great but I swear my 4.6 seems quicker than the Camaro I testdrove and is fast enough for my needs :-)
