    i would try around 16 -18* initial and 38 lbs of pressure. those are big injectors, how rich is it running??

    i would go with the novi 1000, from what i've gathered you can make just as much with the nk1 as the s trim if not more. i didn't know u could get one for 1600 though, i thought they were 1799.99.

    when you replace it you will have to keep tightening the bolts down every so often, new gaskets shrink.

    not sure, its probably 60-70 ft lbs guessing . your manual should tell u torque spec. definitely take it off on the ground though.

    yeah, that'll help and as long as you can get a load of torque on the nut it should come off.
