    I drove my 89 about 4800 miles and the Saleen we drove about 3500 miles last year:nice: However, I have only owned the 89 since April and it was not road worthy till the beginning of May so not a full year yet. I just rolled over 217K this morning on the 89.

    I'm with you, I hate hacking stuff. I am just going to cut the mating plug off the dead amp and use that. I think it will be a cleaner install. I took the dead amp apart to see if there was anything obvious that went bad and I didn't see anything. Unfortunately I am not an electronics debug...

    No originals to the car. They are weathered and yellowed slightly. I have another set of OEM housings that I started to clean up but ran out of time before the time change. Now I have other things to deal with so those got set aside for now.
