    MY 2003 Civic was Nighthawk Black Pearl. It was black with blue flakes. I don't know if Honda still has the color. I'm sure they do.

    I wouldnt worry too much about that concept. I've seen that rendering thrown around back in 2002-2003-ish. It's one of the many conceptual drawings back then. I hope the redesign brings some swoops with sharp edges. I want to see some sexy hips on a 2009 Mustang.

    I'm glad to see at least someone focusing on my original thought. :D You're probably right about a SE Mustang released after the GT500 run. The rumor mill already says the GT will get a performance increase in 2009-ish possibly pushing the car into the low 13's. I do like the other ideas...

    Oh dont get me wrong, Im not saying I wouldnt modify it, but I shouldnt have to swap pullies and put on slicks or whatever to get a 500hp car out of the high 12's low 13's.

    I'm sorry, but I shouldnt have to modify a 500hp car to make it as fast as it should be. My original point is that a 400hp 3700lbs Mustang would be stepping into the GT500's territory, kind of making it an expensive redundancy.

    With the Mustang GT at 300hp and the porky GT500 at 500hp, that leaves the specialty Mustangs (Boss/Mach1) to be around 350-425. There might be a conflict of interest between the upcoming Boss/Mach1 and the GT500. I've seen 1/4 mile times for the GT500 anywhere between 13.1 (R&T) and 12.25...

    2008 Dodge Challenger will be built in 2007

    2010 model year is when the LX platform that underpins the Charger, 300, and Magnum gets updated. That would be the ideal time to shorten it for the Challenger. 2008 is way too soon.
