    How much should my time improve with these mods

    I am going to install lowering springs, long tube headers with offroad H, 3.73 gears, and a 3.5" steel DS. I have a CL racer and 93 tune, with mt ETs on 18x9 deep dish bullits and ran a 13.9 at 102 with 2.0 60. this is a 07 gt m5 vert with a 250lb driver. I think I could pull off 13.7 as is...

    my understanding is that the CL racer has the widest tube, but by a small margin and only helps when u run something like cams, as for going with either one of those guys, they're both great. Feel free to run a search of the forum and see for yourself.

    in addition to getting a CL racer, you should get a tune from brenspeed or bamachips, or get a custom dyno tune.

    seeing the new specs, I think we'll be seeing very low 13s. With the outgoing gt's running mid 13s and the new adding 15hp, 3.73 gears, and sticky tires (depends how sticky) I think very low 13s are feasible. Will it be enough to hold down the camaro?

    the V6 camaro may have 300hp, but its way down on tq, plus when GM squeeze all the power they can out of a v6 camaro to hit 300hp, like a 350z, u cant really get anything out of it without going FI. Now a gt mustang, has nice mods... Plus they will be raising the gt hp for 2010... I'm happy...
