    Wow, those look Strange! Pun intended... :D So... are they 2-piston calipers in the front and 4-piston in the rear? I is bewildered :scratch: I'm not surprised you lost that much weight though, those Cobra calipers and rotors are HEAVY bastards.

    +1 on the driveshaft being out of balance. Made me think I had bad u-joints when it happened to me, but they were fine. I put in an Al driveshaft and now its smooth as can be.

    Weird... bad wheel bearing is a possibility, but also check to see if the ABS wheel is for some reason touching the sensor tip or some sort of debris :shrug: Can you feel any play when you rock the tire side-to-side in the 12/6 o'clock and also at 3/9 o'clock directions?

    tire sizes

    275/40 is perfect on a 9" rim. You can get a 17x10.5" for the rear in the Cobra R with 315/35's that should fit no problem, lots and lots of guys on here including me run these sizes. Whether or not they rub the quad shocks is hit or miss, they did rub on mine and I had to remove the quads...

    BTW make sure to get pics of these '03 Cobras with the deep-dish, I was under the impression that no one made them and they were just a concept at some point in time that never made production. Or do you mean regular 10.5" '03 Cobras (same as OEM, just wider)?

    I had to make a few modifications to make mine not rub. The quads were making complete contact on both sides as soon as the wheels were put on the car. I drove it like that for a day before I took the quads off, but I was installing MM LCA's the following week so I didn't worry about it. Also...

    I didn't know they still made those for Mustangs. My Intrax springs are yellow powdercoated, installed by the previous owner years ago. They dropped the car 2", and the ride isn't that rough since I put in the Tokicos all around. No sagging either. Gigiddy gigiddy.

    Wow, I can't think of what might have caused that, even if a bearing squeeked due to it running out if oil (if it were a bad oil pump) it wouldn't be cranking so normally, and would probably still try to fire when you crank it.     Check all the upper and lower control arm bolts and make sure they are TIGHT. I had a really annoying squeek noise that appeared a few weeks after I had done alot of rear-end work, and turned-out to be an upper control arm to chassis bolt that had worked its way a bit loose.     Mine randomly started doing that a while back, then I decided to take-off the IAC and clean it. It was caked in carbon crap, so I guess it was just sticking. The car has been idling perfectly ever since. Edit: BTW the bottom screw is a b^%$# to get to, unless you already have an intake spacer...
