    im not sure what a TSI is, but the guy puts it on a dyno and sticks a sensor in the driver exhaust pipe. so you think after i move the sensors around and diag the problem, i may need to replace the missing cats?

    40th GT has it in the correct range, i heard it was 13 ft. lbs.to be exact, and do it while the motor is cold. be sure to re-torque them soon after.

    which is bank 2 and sensor 2? what if it is unpluged? the techs at the ford dealer arent too bright from what i have experienced before... i will try to get under it tomorrow but that is impossible unless i have a jack or ramps... thanks for the help so far

    ok, he said that when i bring it back he'll test it for free, just have to pay for certificate. but when i drive it like 30-40 miles it throws an engine code. if i test with that code present, will i still fail? or do you need the code number to check?

    no i do NOT have MILs on the car. i used the internal option from the predator the deactivate the O2 sensors, so i didnt waste money buying MIL eliminators. i restored the computer to the factory settings. so clearing the codes, or erasing the "memory", is a no-no before a smog test?

    should invest in a hand held tuner, it will take care of all those problems plus more :nice:

    spark plugs...

    make sure you torque them correctly, and again in a few hundred miles or so. i guess i skipped one on the second pass of torqueing and ended up blowing it out of my head. costs a pretty penny to fix...:(

    need some advice..

    if the leak becomes too great the car wont run.... have you tried to repair the broken part of the hose until you get a replacement?
