    World manufactures their own custom block that allows them to build this combo. It is much beefier than any production 351W block and has 4 bolt mains, heavier webbing, etc.

    The carb is too small, and that intake does not flow well enough. Those parts will bottleneck your build.

    Agreed. I think its something like 2/3 of your braking comes from the front brakes, and your front brakes should lock up slightly before the rear.

    Engine break in

    Yes, do not use synthetic during break in. It will not allow the rings to seat because it is so slick. I have always been told to use a straight 30 weight non-detergent oil during break in, but perhaps you should seek your engine buider's opinion.

    Actually, the Boss 429 was a hemi-headed engine. The late 60's Cammer was the 427 SOHC, which was not offered in production vehicles and was only offered as a crate engine from Ford.

    351 Bellhousing Clearance?

    Absolutely. It uses the same bellhousing, and the only difference between a 351W and the 289 (for purposes of this question) is that a 351W has a taller deck height and is, therefore, taller. The mounting position of the bellhousing to the engine will not change.
