    Engine bay cleanup

    Use a citrus based de-greaser so you don't have to worry about your hoses getting eaten by the petroleum in the de-greaser. That, some elbow grease and maybe one of those little steam-jet cleaners will do wonders for almost any engine bay. ~K

Amps on the rear deck under the window would get HOT in the summer from the sun...so since you are in CA that is probably not a good...

    I passed my inspection in NC with my Diablo Programmed. I don't have my 02's off though. As long as you don't have more then 1 "not ready" signal from the computer you should pass. ~K

    Stock Tune or Aftermarket?

    If someone programmed the car with a diablo, SCT, etc they most likely would have deprogrammed it before selling or sold the programmer with the car since the programmer is useless until it puts back the factory tune on the original car. My bet is that its stock. ~K

    www.rockauto.com Used them before and they were great to deal with. Motorcraft IAC - $64. Might as well pick up a EGR too since that sometimes can mess with your idle. Also have you cleaned your MAF and done a seafoam treatment lately? ~K

    Minor mod synergy

    I am running close to your setup, but I got a 75mm TB and Plenum and a MAC Catback and a predator tune and I average about 21-22mpg daily with 26-28 on the highway. However, if I am out having fun, I see around 16-17mpg maybe less. ~K
