    i guess if you have absolutly no auto experience yea school might be ideal. but in my case i found i learned much more at work just wrenchin then sitting in a class room watching some fat guy talk about safety and other BS...also at 5'2" 100 lbs your going to have a hard time working on cars...

    I went to wyo-tech for about 2 months. I already had a job at a private repair shop. I dropped after realizing i learn 10 times more stuff everyday at work then at 10 days in class. IMO UTI and wyo-tech are a waste of money. After working at a shop for a 3 years i got way sick of working on...
