    You can pretty much do that with a stock car, drag radials, and a blower. I have seen a dozen or 03 - 04 cobras go high 11's with nothing but a pulley, catback, and DR's. No problem. The non intercooled KB will give you what you're looking for.

    That sounds like a good combo. The only thing that I might do differently is get the Steeda 3 bolt C&C plates. For some reason I like those better and they have always worked well for me. You can't go wrong with MM stuff though. Good luck.

    If you don't know how to do it- don't bother. There's a science to it and even guys that do it for a living don't always do it right. The labor is usually less than $200.

    If it is any consolation, I'm making at least 450RWHP with my Lightning and I run the 1 5/8's JBA's. For some reason (this is my experience) Mod motors seem to need a little back pressure. I put off road mid pipes on the L and it slowed down until I pullied up the blower some more.

    Where were you guys the other day when I was getting bashed on for saying the same thing? I tune with my wideband and data logging from a PC and I said that was the best way to go and everybody told me I was full of crap. I feel alone in the world today.

    I think that you would actually make a little more RWHP with a KB on an older cobra. The lack of an intercooler would suck but it work great 3 seasons a year. The KB is worlds better than an Eaton as well. No sense in retrofitting a stock 03-04 set up.

    100 hp is such a small shot that a warmer and purge are totally unecessary. I have leftovers from my old NX kit off of an old 5.0. With a wet kit, air in the lines will be accompanied by fuel so it won't hurt anything.....it would make you bog and belch fuel out the exhaust. A blow down tube...
