    Need coil spring recommendations.

Well the 90/10's are a race only shock. So they are ok for slowing down the nose dive after being extended. But at normal ride they will not help much. If you took off the springs that came on it, depending on milage on the car they could have been worn out. I'm not sure the small block ones I...

    Need coil spring recommendations.

For the front just put some new 6 cyl springs on it. I was going to do that on mine and was told to go with the small V8 springs because of the big block. So I bought new Small V8 no a/c springs. I have the 90/10's and am working on control arms and saddles. Bud

    Accurate 67/68 Fastback curb weight?

I said "550 hp out of the 390/428 motors as a daily driver. That is real close to the limit the 2 bolt block will handle before it splits". Now your talking 427's. Most if not all of those were 4 bolt blocks. I know guys pushing close to 1,000 hp out of FE motors. But they are not street cars...

    Accurate 67/68 Fastback curb weight?

Ok. Now we have an ideal what you want to do. You might want to look into the small block stroker motors. I can tell you for a fact its going to be tough to get 550 hp out of the 390/428 motors as a daily driver. That is real close to the limit the 2 bolt block will handle before it splits...

    Upper Control Arm Movement

I wondered about how much the seal was involved in making it hard to move. I have never had one apart. But it looked like a metal to metal setup with just a seal. Cool. I will pull them apart and remove the seals. Put somekind of good grease in them and go that way. And this is a race only car...

    Upper Control Arm Movement

Dont panic guys. Its not the worst ideal I have tried...lol The ones from TCP and Global West look more like roadracing stuff. I think I read where they do that negative wedge thing? This is a dragrace only car. The old control arms have the shaft nuts welded to the arms, so I cant get them...

    Shock tower bolts?

If I understand what your asking, those are welded in and the small bolts you see hold the spring cover on thats behind the wheel. Back in those years I saw alot of those that had the holes burned in by a cutting torch to grease the upper arms. There was a kit that we used at the ford dealer...
