Just wonder if these seats would probably work in my stang

I would think they would work. Probably not a direct bolt in but should fit. If you get them let em know how they work I'm interested in some in a month or two myself and would greatly appreciate the feedback.

    what does 1.7 rockers do?

As long as the short block is in good shape you should have no troubles with a new top end. I went with Gt40 iron heads,Typhoon intake, 65mm TB and 75mm MAF personally on a 150K+ short block...no problems at all. You shouldn't have to recalibrate your MAF unless you change injector size. The 1.7...

    Bad gas mileage

Nope, but the fuel pressure looks good at idle and while driving. Tried that for a couple of days just to see what it was doing too.

    Bad gas mileage

Sorry can't buy a 16% or so drop in economy from just those changes. My old 85 with a carb still got 20 mpg with approximately the same mods. Fuel injection should do way better than that IMO. Guess I'll change the filter tomorrow and try to locate the ECT and change it on principle.

Will someone please verify these used parts for me?

The cast in "GT" logo is a dead giveaway for the heads, sorry can't help with the rockers though.

    Bad gas mileage

Looking for some help on this EFI stuff. My car is an 87 LX trunk with a 91 drivetrain, T-5 and 3.55 gears. Normally, I was getting about 24 mpg in combination driving but after changing to GT-40 heads and a Typhoon intake along with a 65mm TB and a 73mm C&L meter mileage dropped to at best...

if you're a drag racer, i want your damn opinion!

If you have a car with alot of power don't think about anything other than an ET Street or Hoosier Quik Time Pro. If you have a car with more "normal " power levels drag radials would be the ticket. Of course God help you if you've got ETs and get caught in the rain.
