    I put the needles on before the car was running, then did a test run in the car. I kept shutting the car off and restarting with a new position until I got the idle right, then I drove down the road with a pace car to check speedo. I marked the other guages. Jon

    99 times out of a 100 this is a connection issue. Check all of your connections, battery first, and see what you find. A simple cleaning with an anti-corrosion fluid and wire brush will probably make it run like new. Jon
