    Yeah iron GT40's. The P's flow slightly more than the norms but not enough for me to buy new headers to fit them.

    So those are the best ones to get then?? Do they use the same springs as the stock E7's?? I know the lift on 93 Cobra cams are 479 @ 50.

    I'm tryin ti find out witch one of these heads needs the least amount of fabrication to bolt up to a 89 5.0 motor. I hear theres an issue with headers and smog with the P's. Is this correct? If so does anything need to be done if your not in an smog state? Thanks!

    Grind the crankshaft journals in the opposite direction it normally rotates in the engine, then polish it in the same direction it rotates in the engine. Also make sure you get thicker bearings for whatever journal was ground. Shouldnt be more than a couple hundred bucks.

    Theres alot more to it than that. Looks that way but theres more going on in that increase ratio! It also open the valve faster with the higher ratio. The faster the intake is lifted, the less cam duration is required to make peak power.
