    Since it has 9.8:1 compression. Who's going to have the first thicker head gasket to drop the compression. I'm looking toward running a decent amount of boost.:D

    That was a photochop. It said in the mag this is what Chevy "should build". I would rather see a Buick GN of that platform with a blown V6.

    One thing that we have going for us is experience. Ford has introduced some of technology already in the F-150. And the Mustang has been delayed for some time also. So I'm really not afraid of frequent breakdowns. My main concern is performance enhancements. :D

    Reason being I think is that the car isn't heavily modded. Car is extremely clean with under 12 thousand miles. He knows that he can sell this car and also sell a new one. A win win situation for him. I guess I'm out of the blower game this year.

    I went to a dealer Saturday looking for Mach 1s. I found I could get book for my car which would break me even between what I owe the bank. And was offered some really incredible deals. If I put no money down on a Mach at 0% apr over five years it came out to $370.00 a month. A Cobra get this...

    Why wouldn't they make the Cobra concept. Hell they made the T-Bird and followed thru with the Mustang with some changes. The GT is bowing out in 07. I see Vette killing days are coming. No longer is GM king of the street.

    The IRS option if available wouldn't sway my decision on the car. If it was affordable I'd probably buy it. Not that I would need it that much, solid axle is fine too. Mainly for resale.

    If a LX does exist maybe some current Mustang owners have hope. Those who are somewhat locked into their current car could possibly afford this type of car at the same time. Not saying that most would do this if the LX existed. But an option for some.

    If I remember correctly the motors were the same. Differences were outside mainly, body kit, wheels etc.

    Dropping "Cobra" could be a good thing

    That motor would even be better in a 05-06 Mach or Boss car. Give us that motor with the bottom end and then they can sell the 06 SVT Mustang with what ever they want and raise the price. :D
