    What tire and wheels sizes for a little big setup on my 97GT?

    If your planning on going with a 275/60x15, that tire can fit a 15x10 perfect, no need for a bigger tire then that, and as long as you have stock GT brakes you can fit the fronts without spacers. 165/80/15 Nexen sb802 is your best tire for the front for street use. Ride great and wear great.

    Im running a 275/60/15 on the back to gear my car down a little bit, and my car is slammed! cant tell you how low but probably lower then yours. And to answer your question i have a 15x8 with 5.5 inch backspacing on the rear, but i believe a 94-98 can clear a 15x8 with a 4.5 inch backspacing...

    Longtubes, stage 2 cams 4.30's, full lightweight suspension, with some coilovers, FLSFC's, The most power your looking to get out of this motor without opening it up and staying N/A is about 280-290 at the wheel, but that is plenty for low 12's with awesome suspension, lightweight and hardcore...

    flowmaster original 40's or super 44's ???

    Mac cat back and pro dumps are the same mufflers just ones a catback with tips and one is dumped, that being said mac's are awesome great sound way better then flowmaster ( yes i have flowmasters) But if i were to order new i would get mac flowpaths with an O/R H thats the sound your looking...

    on3performance Turbo Kit

    Turbo kit is way more efficient then a twin screw, alot less power robbed through a turbo, buy a UPR k member coil over kit and on3 kit would work great, plus have made awesome power on stock 2v's

    head work!!

    Fully port them?? And yes its worth it, a member on this site broke records with hand ported in his garage stock 96 gt NPI heads. So yes port and polish them, get them cleaned up hot tanked, decked, rebuild them all new springs guides etc... mean cams.

    And weigh 20 pounds more.. I guess its all opinion i believe in nothing but UPR, im sure MM is nice and top notch, whatever, UPR is just as top notch and quality, but yea whatever works :nice:

    4.6L DOHC vs 302?

    Depends on whichever you like but IMO 4v takes it on this one, turbo 4v=death.
