    It's not that great if you want to put it back to near original, because it's missing the important parts. But if you have the resources to do it, or don't care what's in the car. :shrug:

    It has the same modding potential as the N/A Cobras. Yes it can be supercharged, but I'm pretty sure some of the kits render the Shaker inoperable.

    I have books documenting this. I have also seen authentic 1967 GT/GTA's with 4 wheel drum brakes. Also, why would they go backwards in technology and options?

    I'd have to see it. The '03-04 Mach 1 can be had in black with flat black hood stripe, side stripes, and rear spoiler. I like the way it looks. I don't know about dual stripes in flat black all the way down the car.

    Even if it's not a GT, it's still a 1967 fastback Mustang with a 390 and a 4spd. I personally wouldn't care about the GT status.

    1968 was the first year for the GT to have standard front disc brakes. You could have ordered a '67 GT without the optional disc brakes. As scary as it sounds to have a 390 and drum brakes, it was possible.

    I've seen at least 3 individual 94-98 Mustangs with 429's in them. So it does happen to newer ones. Haven't seen a 99+ with a big block yet. I've seen them at shows and cruise ins, it's not all about racing. It can be about standing out from the crowd at a show.
