    I still feel there are too many people stuck around the parameters of the regular PI head. LS motors make good power n/a and no its not due just to the fact that they have more cid. heads are where the power is made.

    Cobra manifold I have a lot of em go for a couple hundred bucks. So their not to ridiculous on prices. And then you do either c heads or tfs 2v heads with some cams and LT's and call it a day.

    And if u do 2v heads you might as well make them tfs heads. Anyone know how many rpms the stock mark VIII bottom end will spin to with out relieving itself of some rods n pistons.

    ya i read that one. i wouldn't mind doin a mark VIII swap in mine. and throw some c heads and manifold on it. not sure how many rpm's the stock mark VIII bottom end is good for though.

    I run the spec 2+ and don't have any issues with it. My car is loud anyway so if it chatters I don't notice it. Its rated at about 640 rwtq.
