    65 Drip Rail Removal

Use a staple gun? Or, use the industrial staples and try to line up the old holes and manually work the staple through, maybe coax it with a hammer and bend the legs in underneath. My inner 1/4 window felts were stapled in and the new kit came with staples. I ended up working the staples...

    351W Stroker; 393 vs 408

I think he's already decided to go either 393 or 408.: 351W Stroker; 393 vs 408... Why try to talk someone out of doing something you don't want them to do? Sure the engine is wider and taller, but it fits. He want's to put a 351 stroker in his car, I support the idea and if he wants to...

    351W Stroker; 393 vs 408

If you don't like power. I bought a 408 kit and a 331 kit the same year, same components comparable and they were $100 apart. I didn't build my car for drag racing, the 408 is streetable. If you want to save money go budget 393. AGREE!

    Building for street

The shortys will flow better than cast manifolds, you shouldn't have any clearance issues in a 68. Keep the stock 2.79 rear end gears to maintain highway management with a 3 speed. An Edelbrock Performer RPM cam is a nice upgrade compared to stock and will be fun on the street. Don't...

Oddly enough, the last two cars posted are the same color scheme but not the same car. And yes we both have blowers. The fender flares aren't done, the last pic of the flares I posted above are current. This is my 4th blower setup I've put together on these cars, it gets easier with practice...

And $60 to boot, you could buy a lot of scrap steel and drill a bunch of holes in it and make those if you're not going to use them as tie downs.
