    insurance issue

    insurance companies don't have seperate columns for totalling... they report the car as totaled to the dmv, not "paint job totaled" or something like that. This title really doesn't hurt as long as your keeping the car. This is how I came to own a mustang... my 1992 Tbird Sport was totaled...

    well in the pipe dream future... the stang will have dual side exhaust... but here's the question... with a roush side exhaust skirt can I use the Eibach 1.1" lowering springs? (I don't want to scrap a speed bump)

    yes, they give the current value minus the deductible... and no, it would be reported to the dmv from the insurance company as a totaled car. If he didn't file for a reconstructed/salvaged/whatever they call them title then he'd be falsifying information for a title... Sometimes the best...

    yes, 2 ft is typically max... 1 ft is ideal... I got 2 ft... should be fine... but I am having engine noise so I'm gonna have to try and rig some sort of noise suppressor... :(

    add sub and amp....but what kind?

    have 2 6.5" subs in tubes (not bazooca) powered by an alpine 350X1 mono amp... sounds very good and still leaves me with a LOT more trunk space as opposed to boxes and larger 12/10" subs. You already have the Mach 1000 setup so why not just upgrade the amps there? obviously ford amps are not...

    alright, I've got everything else wired out completly.... except for the remote lead... it's sitting there staring at me asking me where it goes... and I don't know. I have a 2002 v6 stang with the double din factory hu with one plug. Anyone know which wire I tap into for the 12 volt remote...

    I just finished wiring a complete stereo using the stock hu... very tricky... very annoying. My amps have speaker level inputs.

    well I have one mono amp and its a 1 channel amp. I have two subs. what's the best way to wire them? (explanation will be fine if ya don't have a picture for me.)
