    I was just curious how you got to the 13.1. I wasn't implying anyting about the '05. However, I don't believe we've seen the best time out of a GT yet. Whether or not it will go as low as 13.1 is yet to be seen.

    Does anyone have a stock '04 GT dyno sheet to compare to the '05? That's the comparison I'd like to see. We know peak HP/TQ is better on '05 but I'm curious how the curves compare.

    So, in other words, you didn't get that 13.1 until you'd had some time at the wheel and had learned how to drive it in the quarter? Plus, the car had more miles on it as well, correct? I'm not really concerned about how much you paid for it or your interest rate.

    Yes, it does but it defaults to "On" whenever the car is started. You have to remember to turn it off each time. I'm sure lawyers had something to do with that.

    '04 SRT-4 vs. '05 GT

    Well, I don't think it would smoke it. It sounds like a drivers race to me with maybe a slight edge to Mustang (better torque). Whatever you do, settle it on the dragstrip and not on the street and not just for safety. It also keeps everyone honest since jumping the start causes a redlight.

    That's just a photoshop that someone did using the concept Mustang as the base. There are only rumors of a possible 2006 special edition. It might be a Mach, might be a Boss.... :shrug:

    I would say the 13.35 is a little more than alleged since he's posted a timeslip and other forum members have stated they witnessed the run.
